Bonjour et Bienvenue! My name is Caroline Petit-Marquet. I moved to New Zealand at the beginning of this year, with my husband Sébastien and our son Raphaël.
I am french and come from the region of Provence, where i used to run with my mum Christine, a decoration business called La Poule Blanche, in the city of Arles.
French story:
Started in 2001, La Poule Blanche is all about french fabrics and fine home linen, designed and made in our work-shop.
Our passionate duo lasted for about a decade, until i decided to leave France for New Zealand.
Kiwi story:
Now in New Zealand, i am still very attached to my passion for french linen and decoration.
And Nature Chic was born!
I have been given the opportunity to present La Poule Blanche's collection at the fantastic City Market in Wellington where i received a warm welcome from kiwi customers very keen on elegant home-made linen.

If you get the chance to travel to Provence, you can visit my mum at
La Poule Blanche, in a 16th century building. You will be blown away by all the treasures she's got!!
